New Glasgow Business Park
The New Glasgow Business Park is located on the southern entrance to the Town of New Glasgow, minutes from the Trans Canada Highway 104. The Trans Canada Highway connects the park to major ports of commerce including: Halifax International Airport (1.25 hours), Port of Halifax (2 hours), Port of Pictou (.5 hours), Port of Sheet Harbour (1 hour) and Northumberland Ferries running to Prince Edward Island daily May through December (.5 hours to terminal). Depots for Cape Breton and Central Nova Railway are minutes from the park.
Maintenance, Fire and Water services are provided through various departments of the Town of New Glasgow, including snow and lawn services. The New Glasgow Police Service is responsible for policing and is also one of the parks tenants. Power services are provided by Nova Scotia Power Incorporated.
All streets in the park are paved with asphalt and the infrastructure throughout includes concrete sidewalks, street lighting and fire hydrants every 500 feet.
